What’s it about: The day that all Twi-hards have been waiting for has arrived – Edward Cullen (Pattinson) and Bella Swan (Stewart) are getting married! But while the wedding is simply beautiful (we want a forest wedding too!) and the honeymoon is bed-breaking, the real drama starts when Bella gets pregnant with a “demon child”!
Why it’s hot: The wedding scene took our breath away. Watching Bella try not to stumble down the aisle with her daddy holding her arm tight brought tears to our eyes and for one moment, we forgot how much she annoyed us in the first three films.
Why it’s not: We can’t believe that the Powers That Be had no problem chopping out two monumental scenes entirely – Bella’s first time and the arrival of the baby that changes the course of the entire story. We do know that something’s missing, you know!
Verdict: There is nothing in this movie that’s going to convince the anti-Edward, Jacob and Bella to switch sides so you might as well just leave the cynics at home and watch this with people who love the film as much as you do. They will thank you for it and trust us, you’ll have a much better time. We know we did. Bring on Part 2!
